2

You will need a bag of couscous, which is hard to find but available online.

3

Use either 1 cup or 2 cups of couscous; I used about half a cup.

4

Add half a cup to one cup of water, being careful not to add too much to avoid sogginess.

5

Add salt to your taste, but be cautious not to use too much salt.

6

Let it sit for about 10 minutes to soak up the water.

7

Prepare the couscousera by filling it halfway with water as shown.

Turn the stove on low to medium heat.

9

After 10 minutes, add the couscous to the couscousera.

10

Wait another 10 minutes for the couscous to cook.

11

You can eat it with various toppings; I cooked scrambled eggs and mixed them with the couscous.
