0.75 teaspoons salt
1 packet rapid rise yeast
2/3 cup water (heated to 120-130 degrees)
3 tablespoons olive oil
pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
sliced deli ham
canned pineapple

Whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1.5 teaspoons of sugar, 0.75 teaspoons of salt, and 1 packet of rapid rise yeast in a bowl.

Heat 2/3 cup of water to between 120 and 130 degrees and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the water mixture into the flour mixture and stir until smooth.

Continue stirring, adding flour up to 2.25 cups until the dough comes together.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured cutting board until smooth and elastic, about a few minutes.

Cover the kneaded dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Spread the pizza dough onto a pizza pan or parchment paper to the desired size.

Spread pizza sauce over the pizza crust.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Add sliced deli ham on top of the cheese.
