1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp pizza sauce
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
chicken bologna
pineapple chunks
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Add 2 cups self-rising flour and 1 cup plain yogurt to a bowl.

Combine both ingredients using your fingertips to form the dough.

Clean and sanitize your work surface before kneading.

Knead the dough for about 1 minute, adding more flour if it gets sticky.

Fold the dough outwards three times, then place it in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

Set the dough aside for 10 minutes to rest.

Prepare your pizza sauce while the dough is resting (ingredients listed in description).

Use a rolling pin to gently roll out the pizza dough into a circular shape, adding flour to prevent sticking.

Lift the dough and place it on a pizza pan, pushing the edges outwards with your fingertips.

Spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce evenly over the dough.

Add 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese to the pizza dough.
