Classic Hawaiian Pizza – Sweet & Savory Grilled Recipe

Preheat the Yoder wood fired oven and lodge pan.

Prepare fresh pineapple by cutting off the spiny edge and dicing it.

Slice spam into slabs and sear in the wood-fired oven.

In a blender, combine 1 can San Marzano tomatoes, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon Jacobson's black garlic salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon chili infused oil, then blend until smooth.

Cook the sauce in the oven until thickened.

Sear pineapple and spam in the oven until charred.

Dice the seared spam and pineapple.

Stretch the pizza dough and create a border for the crust.

Spread the sauce on the dough, add low moisture mozzarella, spam, pineapple, and optional fresh jalapenos.

Cook the pizza in the oven for about 3.5 minutes, rotating halfway through.

Slice the pizza and finish with pepper infused honey and green onions.
