1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup diced onion
1 diced Roma tomato
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
3 Roma tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1/4 piece of onion
chicken bouillon
oregano
1 cup water
2 chopped potatoes

Heat a deep pan over medium-high heat.

Add 1 pound of ground beef to the pan and break it up.

Season the beef with cumin, black pepper, and garlic salt.

Add in 1/4 cup of diced onion, 1 diced Roma tomato, and 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro.

Mix everything together and cook for 10 minutes or until the beef is fully cooked through.

In a blender, add 3 Roma tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, and 1/4 piece of onion.

Season the mixture in the blender with chicken bouillon and oregano.

Pour in 1 cup of water and blend until smooth.

Once the beef is done cooking, add in 2 chopped potatoes and stir them in with the beef.

Pour the tomato sauce from the blender into the pan and mix everything together.

Lower the heat to medium-low, cover the pan with a lid, and allow to simmer for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender.

After 20 minutes, the picadillo is ready to serve.
