Add exactly four cups of water to your Instant Pot.
Get a 16 oz box of spaghetti pasta.
Break the pieces of pasta in half so that it can fit in the Instant Pot.
Add the pasta in batches and crisscross it.
Put the lid on and turn the vent knob to the ceiling position.
Manually cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
After cooking, let it naturally release for five minutes.
Carefully do a quick release for the remaining steam.
Remove the lid.
Stir the pasta around so that the pieces on top can finish cooking.
Drain the remaining water.
