3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 cup pasta water

Keep a pot of water with salt and 1 tsp dried oregano to boil.

Finely chop 1 medium sized onion and 2 cloves of garlic.

Stir until the sauce is thick and glossy, adding more pasta water if the sauce gets too dry.
