Introduce the recipe: Monster Cookie Granola Bars, no baking needed.

Mention using the Pampered Chef snack bar maker, which makes 24 bars in total.

Combine 2 cups of whole oats and 1/2 cup of quick oats in a bowl.

Add 1 cup of peanut butter to the oats.

Measure and add 2/3 cup of honey, using a measure-all cup for easy measurement.

Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract to the mixture.

Measure and add 2 tablespoons of canola oil (or melted butter).

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of mini M&M's to the mixture and stir.

Use a large scoop (about 2 tablespoons) to portion the mixture into the snack bar maker.

Press the mixture into the divots of the snack bar maker using a mini nylon serving tool.

Place the filled snack bar maker in the freezer to set.

After setting, remove the bars from the snack bar maker and enjoy.
