Steak and Eggs ( breakfast skillet)| Casting and Cooking BBQ

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

Season the ribeye steaks with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

Once the skillet is hot, add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter (if using).

Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your liking (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.).

Season the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper while cooking.

Slice the rested steaks and serve alongside the eggs on a plate.

Optional: garnish with fresh herbs or serve with hot sauce.
