1

Remove seeds from dates and chop them coarsely.

2

Chop dried figs into small pieces.

3

Dry roast 100 grams of almonds, 100 grams of cashews, 50 grams of walnuts, 50 grams of pistachios, and 50 grams of hazelnuts in a heavy-bottomed pan on low flame until fragrant and slightly colored, about 2-3 minutes.

4

Turn off the flame and continue mixing the nuts for another 2-3 minutes to ensure even roasting.

5

Let the roasted nuts cool completely until crispy.

6

Chop the cooled nuts coarsely, ensuring they are not ground to powder.

7

In the same pan, heat it again and add the chopped 400 grams of dates and 100 grams of dried figs, cooking for 2 minutes until softened.

8

Add 2-3 tablespoons of ghee to the softened dates and figs, mixing on low flame until it reaches a halwa-like consistency.

9

Gradually add the chopped nuts to the date and fig mixture and mix well.

10

Prepare a mold by greasing it with ghee or lining it with aluminum foil.

11

Fill the mold with the mixture, pressing it down evenly with fingers to pack it tightly.

12

Leave the filled molds at room temperature for 4-5 hours to set completely.

13

Once set, unmold and cut into small pieces, storing them in an airtight container.
