Take skin-on chicken, add salt, black pepper, vegetable oil, garlic paste and mix it well.

Keep it marinated for 20 mins.

Heat a pan, add 4 tsp vegetable oil, place marinated chicken and fry until golden brown.

Heat a clay pot, add 4 tsp vegetable oil, add onion cubes and sauté for 3 mins, add 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp black pepper, salt 1/2 tsp, add paprika powder and mix it well, add 100 ml water and cook for 2 mins.

Place fried chicken in the clay pot and cook for 5-6 mins, add fresh cream, add green capsicum cubes, add tomato cubes and cook for 5 mins, add 150 ml water, simmer for 20 mins.

Serve it in a dish and garnish with coconut powder, crushed dry nuts.
