Grate half a cucumber and add the juice to the ranch dressing, mixing thoroughly.

Place the ranch dressing in the fridge to chill.

Trim the ends of the green beans using scissors, then wash them.

Boil the green beans in chicken stock for about 5 minutes to soften them.

After 5 minutes, drain the green beans and transfer them to cold water to stop the cooking process.

Pat the green beans dry with a paper towel.

In a bowl, combine smoked salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to season the flour.

Place the seasoned flour in a food processor and blend to make it finer.

Prepare the batter by combining egg and milk in a separate bowl.
