Flaxseed meal is a great egg substitute for binding.
Roast rice flour for about 10 minutes until brown.
Powder the roasted rice flour after cooling.
Mix 1 cup rice flour with 3 tablespoons roasted rice flour.
Roast this mixture for about 5 minutes until light brown.
In a separate pot, boil 3/4 cup brown sugar with a pinch of salt and 1 cup hot water until it changes color.
Add 1 tablespoon white sugar and 1 teaspoon cardamom powder to the sugar syrup.
Mix the roasted flour with the sugar syrup until it thickens.
Spread the mixture onto a tray and shape it.
Cut into pieces after shaping.
Mix 1 cup rice flour with 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Add water gradually to make a batter.
Dip the shaped pieces into the batter and fry until golden brown.
