Activate yeast in warm milk until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Add activated yeast mixture, eggs, and melted butter to the flour mixture.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide it into equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a circle and fill with a mixture of walnuts, raisins, and spices.
Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
Place the filled breads on a baking sheet and let rise again for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with honey while warm.
