Pierce 2 eggplants and roast at 220 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of yoghurt, salt, and water.
Place the roasted eggplants in a bowl, cover with a lid, and let sit for 15 minutes.
Peel the eggplants, separate from their stems, and chop them.
Add the chopped eggplants to the yoghurt mixture and mix well.
Dice 200 grams of lean meat.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and grate 2 cloves of garlic into it.
Fry the diced meat in the butter until lightly cooked.
In a small bowl, dilute 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, and a tea glass of water.
Add the diluted tomato paste sauce to the meat and mix.
Place the eggplant-yoghurt mixture on a plate and top with the cooked meat.
