400 g ground beef
1 peeled and diced tomato
1 minced onion
2 italian peppers
4 tbs vegetable oil
1 cup drained yogurt
2 tsp salt
a pinch of black pepper
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp red pepper flakes
4 or 5 cups of water
1 tbs salt
juice of a lemon

Wash and dry the eggplants. Pierce them a few times with a fork to vent.
