1 TBS Oil
1 box Jovial Cassava Penne Pasta (8oz)
2 Cups Chicken Stock
1/2 Cup Cassava Flour
1 tsp Herbamare
1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1/2 Can Coconut Milk (Full Fat)
1 Large Clove Garlic
1 Cup Pasta Cooking Water Reserved
1 TBS Salt

Boil Water and 1 TBS Salt in Medium Soup Pot, Add Pasta and Cook 4-6 minutes (you want it to be slightly underdone it will keep cooking in sauce).

While Pasta cooking make sauce - Add Stock thru Garlic to Blender and blend until ingredients fully incorporated set aside.

Once Pasta is done cooking remove 1 cup pasta water and set aside.

Drain Pasta.

In same pot add Oil and Cooked Chicken, Pasta and enough of the sauce to cover the pasta completely.

Cook over medium heat stirring frequently until sauce is thickened. Use pasta water to thin sauce if needed.
