1 kg peppers
1 quart pumpkin
2 medium potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 head of garlic
3 eggs
1 tbsp homemade harissa
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp caraway
1 tsp salt
olive oil
1 fried egg
sliced onion
1 tsp cumin
4 black olives
pickled peppers
chopped parsley

Cut 1 kg of peppers, 1 quart of pumpkin, and 2 medium potatoes into small pieces.

Cut 2 tomatoes into quarters and add them to the mix.

Add 1 head of garlic to the sheet pan with the vegetables.

Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and bake in the oven at 180° C for about 20 minutes or until nicely grilled.

Fry 3 eggs in a pan.

In a bowl, combine the grilled vegetables with the fried eggs and chop them using two knives or an electric appliance.

Add 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp of homemade harissa, 1 tbsp of coriander, 1 tbsp of caraway, 1 tsp of salt, and some olive oil to the mixture and mix well.

Garnish the plate with 1 fried egg, some oven-baked potatoes, sliced onion, a sprinkle of cumin, 4 black olives, pickled peppers, and chopped parsley.
