Put the rice in the pot and rinse the rice with clear water, discarding the water. Repeat this process three times. Take the inner pot from CUCKOO, add rice and 450ml of water, close the lid, and turn the lever to LOCK. Set the mode to GLUTIN and start to cook.

Soak dried Shiitake mushrooms in warm water for 10 minutes. Put the minced beef into a mixing bowl, add pre-mixed Soy Sauce, and mix well. Wash the mixed salad and drain the water. After the shiitake mushrooms are soft, cut the stem off and squeeze to remove excess water. Slice the shiitake mushrooms, carrot, zucchini, and white mushroom thin and long.

Put 2 spoons of cooking oil into a heated pan. Stir-fry sliced vegetables (carrot, zucchini, shiitake mushroom, and white mushroom) one by one, separately (1 minute each), adding a pinch of salt while stir-frying each of them. Put cooked vegetables aside.

Put 1 spoon of cooking oil into the heated pan. Add marinated beef and stir-fry on medium heat for 3 minutes.

Put the cooked rice in a bowl to serve. Add cooked vegetables, fresh salad, and meat aligned by color on top of the rice. Fry eggs and put them on top. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds to garnish. Add some Gochujang sauce according to your preference and mix.
