1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 minced clove fresh garlic
1 pinch kosher salt
3 tablespoons gochujang
1 heaping tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon hot water
2 cups brown rice
toasted sesame seeds

Blanch 4 cups of uncooked spinach in boiling water for about 45 seconds.
