1 TBSP sesame oil
1 bowl rice
microgreens or sprouts
2 TBSP Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP sugar
1 tsp garlic
1 TBSP sesame oil

Tofu is a plant-based protein, while ground pork is often less expensive than beef.

Roughly slice 6 leaves of lettuce for 2 servings.

Use 250g of ground beef, blotting it with a paper towel.

Chop 1 green onion and prepare 1 tsp of garlic.

Add 2 pinches of salt and a dash of pepper to the beef.

In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the beef until browned.

Once browned, add 1 TBSP of sesame oil to the beef.

Set the cooked beef aside after it is fully cooked.

Prepare the Gochujang sauce by mixing 2 TBSP Gochujang, 1 TBSP soy sauce, 1 TBSP sugar, 1 tsp garlic, and 1 TBSP sesame oil.
