2 cups frozen raspberries
1/2 cup dates
1 1/2 tbsp arrowroot powder

Blend half a cup of deg dates with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and half of the soy milk until the dates are pulverized.

For the cream layer, blend 3/4 cup of cashews, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup of water until creamy.

For the raspberry layer, blend 1 cup of frozen raspberries with 1/2 cup of dates, 1 1/2 tbsp of arrowroot powder, and 1/2 cup of water until smooth.
