Add 5 minced cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, and black pepper to the beef, along with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
After browning, let the steam evaporate to reduce moisture, then degrease the meat using a colander lined with a paper towel.
Cook about half a package of vermicelli noodles in a 6-quart pot of boiling water according to package instructions.
Once cooked, rinse the noodles and season with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste, then chop into small pieces.
In a food processor, mince 16 ounces of coleslaw mix, 8 ounces of matchstick carrots, 3 green onions, 1/2 white onion, 1 inch of ginger, and 7 cloves of garlic.
Combine the minced vegetables with the ground beef and chopped noodles in a large bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare wontons by breaking an egg into a bowl and whipping it up to use as a sealant.
Place a wonton wrapper in your hand, brush egg around the edges, add about 1 tablespoon of filling, fold over, and seal the edges with your fingers.
For egg rolls, use an egg roll wrapper, brush egg around the edges, add about 1.5 tablespoons of filling, and roll tightly, sealing the edges with egg.
Preheat the fryer to 350ยฐF and fry the dumplings until golden brown, following the fryerโs safety precautions.
Prepare a dipping sauce by mixing 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
