Smoked Cajun Turkey Breast

Rub softened butter underneath the skin of the turkey breast.
Rub softened butter on the outside of the skin as well.
Season the turkey breast generously with Slap Your Mama Cajun seasoning.
Preheat the Z Grills to between 275°F and 300°F (135°C - 149°C).
Place the turkey breast on the grill.
Cook the turkey breast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes, monitoring the internal temperature.
After 1 hour, check the internal temperature; it should be around 141°F (60.5°C).
Add a bowl of water to the grill to keep the turkey moist during cooking.
Once done, remove the turkey breast from the grill and let it rest before slicing.
Slice the turkey breast and serve.
