Dice the celery, onion, garlic, and parsley into small pieces.
In a medium frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
Fry the diced celery, onion, and garlic until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the parsley and fry for an additional 2 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fried mixture with half a kilogram of ground beef.
Tear the kaiser buns into pieces and soak them in 3/4 cup of milk.
Beat 3 whole eggs with a fork until frothy.
Add the soaked kaiser buns and beaten eggs to the ground beef mixture.
Mix all ingredients together, adding 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of vegetable base, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Prepare the chicken thighs by washing them and pulling the skin away without removing it.
Stuff each chicken thigh with the prepared stuffing, pressing gently to pack it in.
Place any leftover stuffing around the chicken thighs in the roasting pan.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of sweet paprika over the stuffed chicken thighs and any remaining stuffing.
Bake the chicken thighs uncovered in a large roasting pan for 30 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
Lower the oven temperature to 325°F (163°C) and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
Check the internal temperature of the chicken and stuffing with a meat thermometer to ensure it is fully cooked.
