Gather all ingredients: potatoes, carrots, onions, leeks, celery, cabbage, vegetable stock, bay leaves, thyme, black pepper, salt, parsley, butter, garlic, peas, corn, and cream.
Turn on the stove and place a pan on it.
Add butter to the pan.
On another burner, heat some water in a pot.
If you have vegetable stock, add it; otherwise, just use water.
Chop all the vegetables finely, including garlic and onions, until they are very small.
Add the chopped garlic and onions to the pan with butter and sauté until soft.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan, ensuring they are finely chopped for a smooth consistency.
Add beans and bell peppers, also finely chopped, to the pan.
Continue chopping the vegetables finely, as this is crucial for the dish.
Once the vegetables are sautéed, add flour and cook until it is slightly fried but not browned.
Add vegetable stock or water to the mixture and let it simmer.
Season with black pepper and salt.
Finally, add cream to the soup for a rich texture.
The soup is now ready for presentation.
