Traditionally filled with whipped cream or custard, they are often served at celebrations and special occasions. Today, cream puffs have gained popularity worldwide, inspiring various fillings and toppings, from chocolate to fruit, making them a versatile dessert.

Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess
Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl.
Add 3/4 cup all purpose flour and mix until a dough forms.
Roll the dough out to about 3mm thick and freeze until set.
In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup water, 1/3 cup unsalted butter, and 1 tsp sugar; cook over medium heat until it boils.
Once it boils, turn off the heat and add 3/4 cup all purpose flour, mixing until a thick paste forms.
Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and continue to mix until it cools down.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until smooth.
Pipe the mixture into mounds approximately 3.5 cm in diameter.
Cut out dough into circles about 5 cm in diameter.
