Cut a few wedges from a wheel of smoked Gouda cheese and place it on the board.
Add Fromager d'Affinois cheese, a soft and pungent cheese, to the board.
Include a garlic and herb cheese spread that pairs well with crackers.
Add plain cheese curds for those who prefer mild flavors.
Arrange all cheeses on the board, spreading them apart for visual appeal.
Add thin Prosciutto by dropping it onto the board in a ribbon fashion.
Fold Genoa salami into quarters and stack it like a deck of cards.
Fold soppressata salami similarly to Genoa salami.
Fold Spanish style chorizo in halves and stack it.
Slice peppered salami into slices about an eighth to a quarter inch thick.
Slice Nola salami into similar-sized pieces as the peppered salami.

Add pitted Sicilian olives and Kalamata olives into small bowls of similar size and color.
Include jams and honey, using fig jam, homemade strawberry jam, and plum jam.
Add honey to the cheese platter.
Cut off clusters of red seedless grapes and cotton candy grapes with kitchen shears for easy serving.
Add fresh strawberries, blueberries, and freshly cut pears to the board.
Slice French bread into thin slices using a bread knife.
Add artisan rosemary crackers, whole wheat crackers, and cranberry hazelnut crisps to the board.
Add dried fruits including dried figs, dates, dried apricots, dried tart cherries, and golden raisins.
Include nuts such as roasted pecans, roasted salted almonds, and roasted salted pistachios, noting that toasting the nuts enhances their flavor.
