3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 can (15 oz) canned chickpeas

Cut the red bell peppers into large flat pieces.

Place the peppers skin-side up on a baking sheet.

Broil the peppers until the skin has charred.

Transfer the roasted peppers to a dish with a lid or a food-safe bag and set aside to steam.

In a food processor, combine lemon juice and homemade tahini.
