Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes until puffy.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake buns for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Mix powdered sugar and cornstarch for dusting.
Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and topped with fresh coconut.
