Grease two loaf tins and line with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mash 7 ripe bananas using a pastry blender until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose baking mix, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Whisk until fully incorporated.
In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas with 2 eggs and 3/4 cup of milk.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until almost fully incorporated.
Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup walnuts.
Divide the batter between the two prepared loaf tins.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours, checking for doneness with a skewer.
Let the loaves cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
