Cook 12 oz box of rainbow rotini according to package directions.
Put the cooked pasta in the refrigerator to cool completely.
Chop one cucumber and half a red onion.
Half the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
Chop up half a red pepper and add it to the bowl.
Add a little bit of chopped broccoli to the bowl.
Add mozzarella pearls and chopped pepperoni to the bowl.
Sprinkle Italian dressing over the salad, saving a little for later.
Add about 2 tablespoons of salad supreme (optional).
Mix everything together until well combined.
