Roasted Broccoli

Chop up 2 heads of broccoli and fill a roasting dish with it.

Press 3 garlic cloves using a garlic press and add them to the broccoli.

Drizzle 3 tablespoons of avocado oil over the broccoli and garlic.

Add salt and pepper to taste and toss everything together to mix.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).

Place the broccoli in the oven and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, checking to ensure nothing burns.

After about 10 minutes, take the broccoli out, toss it around, and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Once cooked, squeeze the juice of 1/4 lemon over the roasted broccoli.

Add 3 generous tablespoons of pine nuts to the dish, mixing them in.
