Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

3 broccoli crown heads
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Prepare a clean surface area for food preparation and wash all vegetables.

Slice the stem of the broccoli and pull the broccoli head away from the floret to keep pieces even.

Add thinly sliced garlic to the broccoli.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
