1/2 gallon of milk
2 - 16 oz bottled waters or 32 oz of water
3/4 cups of sugar
1 or 2 teaspoons of Food Coloring/Flavor
1 cinnamon stick

Get large and small pots and put on stove

Put one burner on High and add the large pot

Add cinnamon stick and milk to large pot and bring to a boil

Meanwhile, boil water on medium heat in small pot - once boiling remove from heat

Once milk has started to boil, lower heat to low

Add boiling water to milk - mix

Add sugar - mix well

Taste mixture - if you think it needs more sugar, then add more sugar, but remember to add a little at a time

Make sure that all the sugar has dissolved

Remove mixture from heat

Remove cinnamon stick

Divide hot milk into 2 bowls

Add 1 teaspoon of flavor to 1 bowl - mix and taste. Add flavor until your taste buds LOVE IT!

Once mixed, let it cool

Once cool, fill small plastic bags with mixture and tie top with a knot

Once all bags are done, place in freezer

Wait up to 2 hours or until frozen

Cut a small hole with scissors or knife on one end to eat
