German Beef Slow Cooker Soup

Add bay leaves, thyme, and parsley to the mixture.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, add diced potatoes and mushrooms.
In the last 10 minutes, stir in peas for added color and nutrition.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
