five spices powder: 1/2 Tsp
Salt: to taste
Apple Cider Vinegar: 1/3 Cup
Raisins: 1/4 Cup

In a thick pan, add oil, ginger, garlic, cardamom pods, and red chilies. Sauté well.

Now add apricot, apple, five spices powder, salt, and raisins; mix well for approximately 5 minutes.

Add coconut sugar and mix well to let the sugar dissolve.

Add apple cider vinegar and cook the mixture for approximately 20 minutes on medium heat or until the chutney thickens.

Once prepared, remove it from the flame and store in a sterilized glass jar while it is hot.
