Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2Season the beef roast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- 4Sear the beef roast on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 5Transfer the seared beef to a roasting pan and add beef broth and water.
- 6Cover with foil and roast in the oven for 2-3 hours until tender.
- 7Remove the beef from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 8Slice the beef thinly against the grain.
- 9In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in barbecue sauce and horseradish sauce.
- 10Slice the onion rolls in half and toast them lightly.
- 11Layer sliced beef on the bottom half of each roll.
- 12Top with cheddar cheese and drizzle with the sauce mixture.
- 13Cover with the top half of the roll.
- 14Serve warm with additional sauce on the side.

Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- 3In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- 4In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- 5Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- 6Stir in the yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- 7Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- 8Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- 9Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 10Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- 11For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled loaf.
