Cook Al Dente Fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and reserve the last cup of pasta water for the sauce.

In a pan cook the bacon, ham and mushroom. Then cut into small sizes.

In a sauce pan, heat up a small amount of oil and butter then sauté onions & garlic.

In a low heat, pour the milk, all purpose cream, salt, ground black pepper, grated cheese, mushroom, ham, bacon, pasta water and the cooked fettuccine pasta until sauce thickens and fully coats the pasta. Then sprinkle with dried oregano.
