Danish Banana Bread with a Chocolate Swirl

Combine sugar and eggs in a bowl and whisk together.
Add vanilla sugar or essence and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine baking powder, flour, shredded coconut, and a pinch of salt.
Mash 2 ripe bananas with a fork until smooth with no big lumps.
Add the mashed bananas to the sugar and egg mixture and combine well.
Melt butter in the microwave at 80% power for about 1 minute.
Add the melted butter to the mixture and combine.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Once out of the oven, immediately add pieces of dark and white chocolate on top while the cake is hot to allow it to melt.
Swirl the melted chocolate on top for a nice look.
Let the cake cool completely before serving.
