Sweet Syrian Mushabak

In a separate bowl, combine semolina, cinnamon, and cardamom.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to form thin circles.
Place a spoonful of the semolina mixture in the center of half the circles.
Fold the circles over and seal the edges to form pockets.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until shimmering.
Fry the pockets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with powdered sugar and sesame seeds before serving.
