2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yeast
3 pandan leaves
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
5 banana leaves
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
a few drops food coloring
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Soak glutinous rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Drain the soaked rice and steam it in a bamboo steamer lined with banana leaves for about 30 minutes until cooked.

In a bowl, mix sugar, coconut milk, salt, and yeast until well combined.

Add the steamed rice to the mixture and stir until the rice is evenly coated.

Incorporate pandan leaves for flavor and color, mixing thoroughly.

Add baking powder and a few drops of food coloring if desired, mixing until the color is uniform.

Grease a baking dish with cooking oil and pour the rice mixture into it, spreading evenly.
