banana 1 (about 110g net weight)

Put the banana in a bowl and mash until smooth with a fork.

Add the egg and Lakanto S Granules to the mixture and mix until smooth.

Sift in cocoa powder and baking powder, and mix with a spatula until no dry ingredients remain.

Pour the mixture into a heat-resistant container lined with plastic wrap, remove air bubbles, and loosely cover with plastic wrap.
