How To Make Frozen S'mores, they're good
Recipe Information
S'mores
Mix 1 package of instant chocolate pudding with 2 cups of milk until smooth and not grainy.
Pour the pudding mixture into a regular aluminum pan lined with parchment paper.
Place the pan in the freezer to allow the pudding to firm up.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 block of room temperature cream cheese and 1 tub of marshmallow fluff.
Add a splash of vanilla extract to the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff mixture.
Mix the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until well combined, then add 1 tub of Cool Whip and mix until fluffy.
Check the sides and bottom of the mixture to ensure everything is incorporated and mixed well.
Once the pudding is firm, spread the marshmallow cream mixture evenly on top of the pudding in the pan.
Cover the pan and return it to the freezer to freeze solid.
After freezing, remove the pan from the freezer and place graham crackers on top of the marshmallow layer, using any type of graham crackers you prefer.
Cut the frozen s'mores into squares or rectangles to serve.
