1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup fresh cream

In a pan, add 500 grams of ground meat and a little oil, about 1-2 tablespoons.

Add 3-4 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste and 1 teaspoon of salt, adjusting to taste.

Pour in 1/2 cup of water and keep the flame on high while cooking.

In the meantime, prepare a spice paste by grinding 2 medium-sized onions, 3-4 green chilies, and a handful of cilantro with a little water.

Once the meat is cooked and the water has evaporated, fry the meat on high flame for about 1 minute to dry it further.

In another pan, add 3 teaspoons of butter and 1-2 tablespoons of oil and heat it up.

Once hot, add 3 cardamom pods, 3 cloves, and a piece of cinnamon and turn off the flame.

Add the ground green spice paste to the pan and mix well, enjoying the aroma.

Next, add 1 tablespoon of dried fenugreek leaves, 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder (or black pepper if unavailable), 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder.

Stir in 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1/2 cup of fresh cream and mix thoroughly.

Add the cooked ground meat to the mixture and stir well.

Turn the flame back on and mix everything together, adding a few chopped cilantro leaves and 3-4 green chilies.

Add a little salt to taste and mix well.

After cooking for about 4-5 minutes on low flame, turn off the flame and place a burning coal with a little ghee on top for smoking.

Cover the pan and let it smoke for 10-15 minutes until the smoke dissipates.
