Chop cabbage into small pieces.
Chop onion into small pieces.
Slice carrot into small pieces.
Chop green chili finely.
Chop garlic and ginger finely.
In a bowl, mix chopped vegetables with 4 teaspoons of oil and salt.
Add cheese to the vegetable mixture and mix well.
In another bowl, add 1 cup of flour and enough water to make a smooth dough.
Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest for a few minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a round shape.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each round and fold to seal.
Prepare a steamer and steam the momos for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
