Baked Crab Cakes

3 fresh flower crabs
2 potatoes
½ onion
1-2 eggs
1½ Tbsp. corn flour
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Wasabi Flavoured Sesame Dressing
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
20g coriander
dash of salt

Cook the crabs, scoop out the meat and shred it, set aside.

Half-cook the potato, drain and let cool.

Sauté the onion in a wok and set aside.

Mix the eggs, flour, corn flour and seasoning mix evenly.

Add the potato and onion and mix well.

Slowly add the crab meat while continuing to mix.

Divide the paste into six equal portions and knead each portion into a circular shape.

Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in a frying pan.

Place crab cakes in it and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Bake in a 150°C preheated oven for 5-10 minutes.
