1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground pimento seeds
4 cloves garlic
4 scallions
1 tablespoon ginger
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon browning sauce
1/2 cup jerk marinade
1/2 cup red stripe beer
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup Walkers wood barbecue sauce
2 cups pineapple potato mash
1 cup broccoli stem
2 tomatoes

Chop up the pork.

Add ketchup to the pork.

Season the pork with black pepper and ground pimento seeds, rubbing it in on both sides.
