Spread mustard on both sides of the rolls.

Add slices of provolone cheese on each roll.

Layer pulled pork on top of the provolone cheese.

Add dill pickles on top of the pulled pork.

Press the sandwich down on the grill to compact it.

Remove the sandwich from the grill and serve hot.
