2 teaspoons honey
¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
½ teaspoon fresh chives – chopped
½ teaspoon fresh basil – chopped
½ teaspoon fresh parsley – chopped

Prepare the cheese tortellini according to package instructions, then let them cool.

On each skewer, thread the following ingredients in this order: a green olive, a half slice of Genoa salami, a mini mozzarella ball, a basil leaf, a grape tomato, a cheese tortellini, and a black olive.
